The case of 5-6year-old infant’s conflict scene about choosing relay race runners was presented. And how students will solute problems as a teacher in this case was investigated.  The analysis revealed the following results ; (1) students make much of the infant’s own thought and dialogue (45,8%), fairness (33,6%), motivation and subjectivity (32,6%). Since 1989, The subjectivity has been prioritized in early childhood education in japan.
