In this approach, revitalizing organizations is essential not only for developing new products within existing business domains but also for developing new ventures that bring about creative destruction in the industry. This paper identifies common elements necessary for achieving organizational revitalization and empirically analyzes the impact of organizational revitalization on financial performance. The analysis revealed three main factors of organizational revitalization: 'the strategic role of middle management,' 'continuous organizational learning,' and 'company-wide commitment to organizational transformation.'
