Performance indicators such as the achievement rate of expected monthly sales and the average monthly employment growth rates were used to evaluate the effect of entrepreneur’s experience at each quantile. The analysis results show that business-related experience has a positive impact on low-performance tiers, while its effect diminishes in high-performance tiers. Additionally, age consistently negatively affects performance across all quantiles, with a particularly strong influence in high-performance tiers, where it acts as a factor that restrains employment expansion.
