However, it is also a fact that the companies which are promoting WLB as corporate strategy are increasing in number. This paper is consideration of the case of the Chiba Kogyo Bank, Ltd. (Chiba Kogin) whose WLB is one of the corporate strategies. WLB of the Chiba Kogin is a good case as which system the top management as a leader and the middle management as a role of promotion is functioning well.
