内容記述 | In recent years, nursery schools and kindergartens have been facing a problem of early retirement of childcare workers. In a study of childcare workers, the most common reason for early retirement was "human relations at work.". In terms of "human relations in the work place" , Some research showed the finding that several difficulties for the relationships with managers are the cause of job retirement. In order to improve the quality of childcare, it is necessary to create a high-quality human work environment in which childcare workers are motivated to perform their duties and improve their skills. In this research, we also reviewed overseas research. Examining the causes of retirement, it could be summarized the cause of retirement following factors: Stress, sense of efficacy, lack of happiness, lack of job satisfaction, anxiety about job performance, and lack of commitment. Therefore, we conducted a questionnaire survey and analyzed the responses of 76 people, regarding with the content of their encouragement by the other person, and the content of their sense of accomplishment. The survey result showed the content of encouragement and a sense of accomplishment are closely related. In addition to that it can be prevent of the intention towards their retirement from the perspective of psychological content, such as the formation of trustful relationships with children and their parents, the support, recognition, the praise from colleagues, reinforce them strengthen the sense of self-worth. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
