| 内容記述 | After nursing-care insurance system was launched, provider of the social welfare service was opened in not only the social welfare corporation but also the profit - making corporation. In addition, the user of the welfare service became able to choose a care provider freely by contract. The entry to the care company of the private profit-making corporation causes slump of the business administration of the social welfare corporation to aggravation and cannot achieve the purpose called public interest characteristics". Therefore the business reorganization by transfer of business and merger is demanded as means avoiding management uneasiness of the social welfare corporation. | |||||||||||||
