| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between Babyklappe and social care for children,and to deliberate whether there are relationships between "Project Findelbaby " and public social care.As a result, it became clear that there are a common feature and difference to this problem.The common feature of this project and social care is saving expectant mother and her embryo or children.However,a difference also exists. Babyklappe and Project Findelbaby essentially belong to a private organization for public responsibility.The organization which founded Babyklappe is "Verein " in German.Verein in German is similar to NPO,NGO or Association.In contrast,social child care belongs to public institutions for public responsibility.Now,it is asked who does the responsibility of the social care and support for children. | |||||||||||||
