| 内容記述 | ベンチャー企業を育成することは、地域活性化をはかる上で重要であると考える。日本のベンチャー企業育成は米国・中国に比較すると進んでいるとは言い難い。1995年から2000年までに、「新事業促進法」「TLO(大学の知的財産を民間に移転する機関)等の促進法」等々の公的ベンチャーインフラはある程度、整備された。またベンチャー企業の上場に向けての市場(マザーズ・ヘラクレス)もこの時期に開設された。しかし、依然として、ビジネス・インキュベーション、インキュベーションマネジャーの認知度は低い。この現状を明らかにするとともに今後の方向性を本稿では論じた。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Although we recognize the importance of promoting venture companies in revitalizing our local societies, those promotions are not necessarily sufficient in Japan today compared with the U.S.A and China. In Japan, public infrastructure to support venture companies improved to some extent from 1995 to 2000, with the enactment of "Law for Facilitating New Business Activities of Small and Medium Enterprises" and " Act on the Promotion of Technology Transfer from Universities to Private Business Operators. " Stock markets for venture companies such as "Mothers" and "Hercules" were also established during this period. However, roles of "business incubation" or "incubation managers" still remain unfamiliar. This report aims to elaborate on this issue and to discuss its perspective. | |||||||||||||
