| 内容記述 | 本研究は，起業家の経験がスタートアップ企業のパフォーマンスに与える影響について，分位点回帰を用いて分析した．パフォーマンス指標として予想月商達成率と月平均雇用成長率を用い，これらに対する起業家経験の影響を各分位点で評価した．分析の結果，同業種での経験は低パフォーマンス層で正の影響を示す一方，高パフォーマンス層ではその影響が低下することが確認された．また，年齢はすべての分位点においてパフォーマンスに負の影響を与え，特に高パフォーマンス層において雇用拡大を抑制する可能性が示唆された．これらの結果はスタートアップ企業の支援策を検討する上で，パフォーマンス層に応じたアプローチの必要性を示唆するものである． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study analyzes the impact of entrepreneur’s experience on the performance of startup companies using quantile regression. Performance indicators such as the achievement rate of expected monthly sales and the average monthly employment growth rates were used to evaluate the effect of entrepreneur’s experience at each quantile. The analysis results show that business-related experience has a positive impact on low-performance tiers, while its effect diminishes in high-performance tiers. Additionally, age consistently negatively affects performance across all quantiles, with a particularly strong influence in high-performance tiers, where it acts as a factor that restrains employment expansion. These findings suggest the necessity of adopting approaches tailored to performance tiers when considering support measures for startup companies. | |||||||||||||
