| 内容記述 | 年々減少していく中小企業、世界的大不況の中ますます減少幅は大きくなっている。日本経済を支えた中小企業が減少していくことは、更なる日本経済を下降方向に導く。いま中小企業が事業継続にあたり、取り組まなければならないのは、第一に自社の徹底的な分析であり、それにより、市場における競争優位性を確保することである。市場環境は、かつての垂直分業から水平分業へと変化してきている。かつてその経営の大部分を担ってくれた親会社に代わり、自らがマネージメントしなければならなくなっている。また、競争優位性を確保するには、自社の「イノベーション」を起こすことができるかにも懸かっている。本稿ではそれに加え「事業再生」「事業承継」を論題にした。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The number of small and medium-sized enterprises, SMEs, is decreasing year by year and the decline is accelerated by the world-wide depression. The decrease of SMEs that have supported Japanese economy will cause further downturn in its economy. Today, SMEs are expected to find effective ways to continue its business. In the first place, SMEs should make thorough analysis of their own companies in order to establish their "competitive advantages" in the market. The market environment has changed from the former vertical division of work into the horizontal one, where SMEs are compelled to manage themselves, instead of being managed mostly by their parent companies. To ensure their "competitive advantages, " it is also essential to create "innovation" in their own business. This report also deals with "business recovery" and "business succession." | |||||||||||||
